I have Outlook 98 on a Windows NT Workstation 4.0 system.
When I have Internet Explorer closed, and I click on a
hyperlink from within Outlook, a dialog box appears and
asks me to choose an executable file. When I have
Internet Explorer open, and I click on the hyperlink, the
link comes up fine.
Please Help !!
