Outlook 98 dr watson error exception c0000005 when receiving email - intermittent

Hi,

I'm getting the above error on several user's pc's. I have tried
reinstalling outlook, recreating outlook profiles and user profiles
but the error always comes back.

I'm using outlook 98 on Windows NT SP6a, also using McAfee VirusScan
7.

I was wondering if it could be the antivirus that is causing this
problem.

Any help welcomed
