outlook 98 Exception number: c0000005

I am using windows NT service pack6 and outlook 98. I am
receiving continues Dr Watson errors saying:


Application exception occurred:
App: outlook.dbg (pid=182)
When: 3/2/2004 @ 15:24:8.0
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

I have replaced PC and memory and the problem still
persists.I would appreciate any help resolving this
problem.
