Having a problem with Outlook 2000 aborting with the
following error message:
"Outlook.exe application error, the instruction
at "0x3F99A142" referenced memory at "0x00000000", memory
could not be "read". OK to terminate, CANCEL to debug."
This happens a few minutes after I open Outlook,
regardless of which component I'm using (calendar,
contacts, etc). This also happens even if I close the
Outlook application. Outlook.exe, the process, is hanging
around in the Task Manager, even after the Outlook
application has been closed.
This has been going on for several weeks now. I just
upgraded from Windows 2000 Svr sp 3 to sp 4, same problem,
same error messages. Cannot find anything on the post-sp4
page that seems to address this problem. Not happening in
any other application, only Outlook.
Thanks in advance,
Michelle
