I'm trying to create a database in Access that will manage about 1500
contacts from Outlook. I've created the linked database in Access already. I
have many people who are in several separate distribution lists and I want
them to only show up once in the database. They show up once for every
distribution list they are in. So if they are in 3 lists, they show up 3 or 4
times. Next, is there a way to manage distribution lists in Access? There are
far too many of them for me to handle in Outlook and I want to be able to
query on one thing and create a distribution list from the results. Can
anyone help me? I need this ASAP. Thanks for your help!
