Outlook Access Add-in disabled?

I want to use the collect data by email option and I get the message: "The
Microsoft Access Outlook Add-in is disabled in Microsoft Office Outlook
2007...verify that this add-in is installed and enabled from within Office
Outlook 2007."

I have Windows Vista Business and MS Office 2007 Professional. I looked for
the add-in through the Outlook trust center and there is nothing matching
that description. I enabled all available add-ins to be sure.

Don't know where to go next. Please help!
