We are a small franchise and our email is hosted by the
head office. Our internet access is provided by our ISP
(not the head office), we are using DSL (64KBit up and
256Kb downline).
The Exchange server in the head office is behind a
firewall and therefore we run a program called Raptor
before running Outlook to access the exchange server.
2 out of our 5 PC's (ALL running Windows2000 SP3) will
get "Unable to access the Exchange Server" message when
they try to access their email a second time by clicking
on the Send/Receive option.
To access their email again, they need to restart their
computers (OS only - not switch off).
Anyone got anything for me?
