Outlook Add-In Error

Hi All,

I have got several users getting errors when importing tasks into Outlook
via the Import New Assignments button. The error is:

An unexpected error has occured.

It then states to try reinstalling the add-in etc which I have tried without
it helping.

I cannot seem to find a way around this problem. Any suggestions?
