Outlook Add In Questions

I'm developing an add in for outlook and I have a couple of questions:

1. I'm moving emails from one folder to the inbox and after they were moved
I need to execute the rules on those emails. Any idea?

2. I want to send an email with a specific account (programatically), how do
I change the account that will send the email (from default account to other
account)?

1) Not possible. Outlook provides no way to execute Rules Wizard rules programmatically.

2) Outlook doesn't provide any direct way to change the account for an outgoing message. See
