outlook add-in: video mail not working

i recently installed the video mail add-in for outlook but it always gives me
this error message everytime i click "insert the video to email button
"Failed to convert a file to WMV format." Please help

I seem to be having the same problem. I did have it working once then I
upgraded to the new XP sp2.
