Outlook Add-In Voice Email

I have downloaded 5 different Voice Email add-ins and
none of them work with XP and Outlook 2002 SP2. I may
have to write my own. I have Visual Studio.Net and would
like to write one. Anyone have any tutorials on writing
com add-ins with VB.NET? Or, do you have any Voice Email
Add-ins that work? Thanks in advance. Doug Drury
