Please could someone be of assistance to me?
I have installed the new version of Windows 7. Prior to installation I did
a bit of a cleanup and removed surplus programs and applications that I did
not require any longer.
Now when I logon to outlook the following two error messages are generated.
1st Error
The Add-in "Google Desktop Search Outlook Addin (C:\
Prog........\GoogleDesktopOffice.dll)cannot be loaded and has been disabled
by outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update or uninstall
the Add-in.
2nd error
The Add-in "Redemption Helper Outlook Extention (C:\
Prog........\Kemmapi.dll)cannot be loaded and has been disabled by outlook.
Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update or uninstall the Add-in.
I do not wish to reinstall any applications or programs and do not know how
to uninstall these add-ins.
When attempting to investigate I have not found these applications on my
system.
As regards Google desk top search, I did uninstall this as it was causing
search problems on my other windows search application.
