A user was upgraded from 2000 to 2002 (outlook only)when
he tries to send an email to a user in his address book
instead of the user email going to the to box a "." goes
instead. I have removed his oab and recreated it, closed
and opened outlook still doesn't work. All the information
for the contacts is there it is when you choose one
instead of the email address populating the "to" box a "."
appears instead.
Any help would be appreciated.
