Outlook Address Book / Contacts?

I have just installed Outlook 2000 on a new computer and
am trying to import my old Outlook Express Address book
(.wab file) from my old computer. I also saved the old
address book in a csv format. How do I import the old
address book?
The "Import" option on the Outlook Address book File menu
does not work.

The import function should work fine. Import the WAB into OE first, then you
can import into Outlook.
