I tried to research this problem before typing this, but all the answers are
for IMO so I will ask...

In Outlook 2003, I can go to CONTACTS and all of my contacts are there in
separate subfolders I created. When I type an e-mail and click on TO and
the SELECT NAMES window comes up, nothing is there. All it says in the drop
down box is Outlook Address Book. So I am thinking there must be a way to
repair the Outlook Address Book with all the information in CONTACTS which
is all there and correct. I ran SCANPST.EXE and that didn't fix anything.
In Outlook, I can go to TOOLS > E-MAIL ACCOUNTS > VIEW OR CHANGE EXISTING
DIRECTORIES OR ADDRESS BOOKS and nothing is there.

How can I fix this problem with the Outlook Address Book?

Thanks In Advance,
BTJustice

I typed that too soon, I figured out how to fix it...

In CONTACTS, right-click on one of the folders and go to PROPERTIES. Click
the Outlook Address Book tab and then check the box that says SHOW THIS
FOLDER AS AN E-MAIL ADDRESS BOOK. Click APPLY then OK. Simple.

If you have Contacts in the Contacts folder but they are not accessible when
you click on the To button, check these settings:

Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?

If this is grayed out...

Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or
address book. Is the Outlook Address Book present? If it isn't listed, add
it and close and restart Outlook. If it is listed, then remove it and close
then restart Outlook and repeat these steps to add it.
