Make sure you know the path to the .pab file.
Under tools/email accounts, select 'add a new directory or
address book'. After clicking next, select 'Additional
address books'. After clicking next, select 'Personal
Address Book'. After clicking next browse to the location
of the .pab file and click OK. To access the pab, open the
address book and select 'personal address book'. Once the
the personal address book is open you can select the
entries, then click file/add to contacts. This will
eliminate the redundancy of two address lists.
