Outlook addresses

We have an address book in public folders that everyone in the agency can
see. It contains about 4000 entries. A few of these records are not
displaying the mailing addresses (business, home or orther) on the general
tab page. If you click on the address button to see the details the
information is there. Also, when performing a mail merge if the address info
does not display it does not come over in the mail merge data file. Does
anyone have an ideas.

I have 25 frustrated users.
