Outlook allow sorting and printing addresses by categgory

I would like to be able to print out a Christmas list of names and addresses
from Microsoft Outlook 2003. Also to print out a small "carry along" address
list of folks to send postcards to when I am on vacation.

You can't sort by category but you can group or filter a view by category.
If you filter by category, you can print just that filtered view.

You can even sort a mail merge by category if you start the merge from
Outlook.
