Outlook always working

Since installing Outlook 2003 I seem to get a "busy" (curser hourglass) all
the time. It is not constant but I often have to wait to perform the next
action.

Check your automatic 'send/recieve' settings, change the number of minutes
between each one, I was having a similar problem this seems to have solved it
for me.
