Outlook and ActiveSync conflict?

I have synchronized Outlook 2003 with my Pocket PC using ActiveSync. Now I
want to invite another person to appointments that were created on the Pocket
PC. I can send invitations successfully for appointments that were created
in Outlook, but those that came from the PPC just sit in my Outbox and serve
up send errors. I have checked that they are to be sent by the correct email
account. Can anybody tell me what is going on and how to fix this please?
