Outlook and ActiveSync

I recently bought a PDA with Pocket PC 2003 and I having
problem with Synchronizing wiht Outlook 2002. It tells me
it is not in the profile - to disconnect and reconnect
which I have done atleast 3 times - still not working. My
PC runs on XP Professional.
