Outlook and attachments

I am having and issue with one user. He seems to be having some trouble
opening email-attachments such as Word. The docs font is usually shrunk or
all you can see are gridlines.

I had him log into a different (Spare) PC and the problem crept up there as
well.

I tried yet another PC by adding his outlook profile onto it while another
user was logged on and he was able to read the attachment.

I logged out the user and had the troubled user log into the PC himself and
the problem arose there as well.
