Hello,

I have the following (strange) problem :
When sending a new mail with attach, the receiver of the mail don't get it.
When replying on a mail with attach, the receiver of the mail get it.
I need to mention that the in both cases the attach is in a different place
:
new mail : in the body of the mail
reply : at the bottom (in a separate body)

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

Txs,

Kristof.

Yes. You are sending new messages in Rich Text format, which can be read
only by another Outlook client. You are replying using the format the
original sender used, either HTML or plain text. Those formats can be read
by most or all main clients. Do not send Rich Text messages if you want
your recipients to be able to read them.
