Outlook and Citrix

Hello.

We are using Outlook 2003 with roaming profiles. Each time a user logs onto
Citrix, when they return to their workstation, the Outlook signature has been
reset to None. Office 2003 SP1 as well as the hotfix have been applied, but
the signatures continue to disappear. I have also tried to set the
signature through a registry entry. The signatures files are being saved to
the server and are also saved on Citrix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is driving me nuts.

Are you using a mandatory mail profile that gets reset each time the user logs on? If so, then what you're seeing is expected behavior. Since Outlook 2003 signatures are account-specific, if you create new accounts each time, then the signatures have to be relinked with those accounts.
