We are using Exchange 2003 and different versions of
Outlook in our organization (mainly Outlook 2002 & XP).
After I moved email from individual PSTs to their Exchange
mailboxes, several users have complained that they cannot
open certain messages.
The error displayed by Outlook is:
"Can't open this item. Could not complete the operation
because the service provider does not support it."
When I try to view that same message through OWA, I
receive the following error:
"HTTP/1.1 501 Not Implemented"
Does anyone have any sort of solution for this problem??
