Outlook and Free/Busy hangups

I am running Outlook 2002 on WinXP pro with cable modem. After installing the Free/Busy service, Outlook hangs up about 4 times a day. I am also using Norton AV and ZoneAlarm Firewall

Is there anyway to uninstall Free/Busy and get back to normal
