Outlook and Internet explorer printing problem

Hello:
Iam currently running XP home edition with IE 6.0 Sp1
The print button in outlook express is greyed out and i
cannot access my printer. Also in my internet explorer I
cannot print as well.

The printer works in all other apllications.
I removed IE 6.o and added it back with no luck.
please Help
