Outlook and mark email in public folder with a color

Hi!
I have a problem with user that can't mark a email with a color (Quick Click
Category). We use public folders a lot and different users mark specific
emails with a specific color. This works just fine for all users but one. If
one user marks a email with "Green", the rest of the users see this inte the
same public folder, except this only user.

The user with the problem can't see any color at all, and can't select a
color for a email. I've lookt in the outlook settings but I cant find an
obvious.

I hope this is the right forum, if not please guide me to the right place.

Any ideas?
