Outlook and Netscape Mail

I ahve tried everyhting to get my Netscape account to be
recognized by Outlook. did the incoming IMAP and the
outgoing SMPT settings but no go.

Any help or advice on how I can have them play nice together.

It won't. You HAVE to use Netscape 6 or 7 to read Netscape mail.
