Outlook and Newsgroup Handling?

The last time I looked at Outlook back when I was using W95B it did not
support Newsgroups. Can anyone tell me if any of the newer versions,
(Outlook 2000, 2002) supports?

no, outlook does not support newsgroups. you need OE or another newsreader
for that.
