Outlook and Peoples Calenders Selection

Hi All,

Been having some calendering issue in relation to speed opening Calenders
and shared calenders in Outlook 2007.

The question I have is, one you select a shared calender it appears ticked,
can this
be reset with either a switch or reg entry without using having to manually
unselect the item in the Calenders tab.

Just to clarify as I may not have explained to well.

If I have ticked 10 shared\peoples\calenders in outlook 2007 it remember
these each time I close and open outlook.

In outlook 2003, when I close re-open these shared\peoples calenders were
un-ticked\selected.

I wish this behavour or reset of the calendering in 2007.

Thanks in advance,

After numerous complaints from outlook 2003 users, the selection was made
to be persistent. It’s not a reg entry and AFAIK, there isn't a switch that
resets it.

Thanks Diane,

I knwo clearedsharedfolder switch removes all the people calenders but these
need to be re-added.

just a quick q, in relation to calendering and size was the cached shared
folder feature added to speed up calendering in 2007? Are there any other
methods to sped it up. As we have lots of shared calenders and serious speed
issues since moving from 2003 to 2007.

Thanks in advance all.

I believe it was added so the calendars would be accessible offline. But it
will also speed them up.
