outlook and pocket pc

After daylight savings time, my pocket pc and outlook have been switching the
time to an hour later upon syncing. How do I fix this problem? I've tried
to go in to the time and change it but it doesn't work.

Are they both set to the correct time/time zone? Both set for Daylight
Savings time?
