Outlook and pst's

I'm having trouble filing my e-mails in the folders that I
have set up. The error message I'm getting is "Can't move
item. Item could not be moved. It was either already
moved, deleted or access was denied". Whenever I try to
drag emails to my personal folders or delete emails I
receive this error. I can however view the emails, I just
can't move or delete them. Any suggestions?
