Outlook and Telemagic

I just downloaded service pack 3. Now Outlook won't let me use the email hot
button in Telemagic. I get a warning that asks to allow access for 1-5-10
minutes. Is there anyway to make this stop? or do I need to uninstall
service pack 3?
