Outlook and Windows 7

I have just upgraded my computer to Windows 7 and want to move the location
of my data files in Outlook 2007. I have found where I am supposed to be
able to do this but Outlook is not allowing me to delete the existing file
location and type in my preferred directory. Is this a Windows 7 problem or
is there a permission somewhere in Outlook 2007 that I am missing?

Close Outlook. Move the pst file to your new location using Windows
Explorer.
Open Outlook. It will complain it cannot find the pst file and will allow
you to navigate to where you put it...
