Outlook and Windows installer

When I try to reinstall MS Outlook on a Windows XP (NTFS)
machine I get a message: "The installation source for
this product is not available. Verify that the source
exists and that you can access it." Ive tried repairing
and reinstalling the installers to no avail. Anybody have
an idea?
