Outlook and Windows Mail

I have a laptop running Microsoft Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 Ultimate for my work email (running through Exchange) but would like to install Windows Mail to have access to my Yahoo mail account.

I've downloaded Windows Mail, installed and up account etc. Collected mail once and now posts the error:-

Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet (are_u_sure) account. The email server returned an error.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR Cannot connect to POP server 217.146.188.192 (217.146.188.192:995), connect error 10061
Server: 'mail.btinternet.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC90

Any suggestions please.
