Hi,
At first the setup: i have an e2k server and a thirdparty tool to
retrieve POP3 mails into my own mailboxes. My clients use Outlook
2003.
The problem is, from one customer we recieve monthly an email with a
wordducoment attached. When we try to open it Outlook gives the
following message: The operation has failed. And it simply won't work.
Since it's only from 1 customer and not from anyone else (other mails
with worddocuments open fine) i think the problem is with the customer
but is this assumption correct ? Is there anything i can check ?
