Outlook Appointment Form

I would like to add a checkbox to an appointment form in Outlook 2003(In the textbox preferably). I've tried searching for some answers, but I'm coming up short. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Brian,

I looked there before, but not very closely apparently. I found some useful information at the bottom about appointment forms under the heading: "Quirks, limitations, samples, etc. of particular Outlook forms". BTW....I added checkboxes in the text by importing an Excel Workbook.
