OutLook Architecture

Is there any document explaining about different
interfaces supported by OutLook 2000/2002/2003? I mean any
architectural diagram, explaining about different
interactions and interfaces. Like ADO, MAPI, CDO, OLE-DB,
OutLook Object Model, Excahnge Client Extensions, OutLook
forms....
I could not find proper documentation on Microsoft website.
