Outlook Archiving

Need help with Archived Outlook file. Once Archived to
PST file I wanted to save to a disk. However, I cannot
open PST file... says to select file to open with or let
Web do it. I let web do it and it sends me to Microsoft
for, I guess some download. But I do not understand what
I am supposed to download.

Here's what you do to open the file:

In Outlook - Go to File > Open > Personal Folders File...
Then browse for your archive.pst file.

It's already on disk. Everything on your computer is on disk. Maybe I
don't understand the question.
However, I cannot

File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folder File, depending on your
version, which you didn't state). Browse to the PST, select it, and click
OK.
