Outlook as a Large Contact Manager?

Should Outlook be used as a large contact manager? We do not need to track
sales or invoices. Just keep all contact information in one place. We have
over 5,000 contacts and we're experiencing many problems including duplicate
and triplicate contacts. Inability for some people to add new contacts.
Contact names changing, etc.

Hi Emily,
Using Outlook to keep track of a large number of contacts will be very
cumbersom. Use ACT or Goldmine instead.
