Outlook as a networked application

Can anyone tell me how to setup Outlook as a networked application?
2 machines (XP Pro) on a small network. I want to 'share' the Inbox and, if
possible, the Sent folder so that both machines are 'synced'. Contacts,
Calendar and other data is less important
