Outlook asking for login to DC and EX 2003 server

We are running Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP1. For the last two mornings when
people start up in the morning some have received a prompt when starting
Outlook to enter a username/password for the DC containing the GC and for the
exchange server itself. It will not connect even if you enter appropriate
passwords...including domain admins. Even after entering appropriate
passwords, etc. it continuously asks for the info again. Closing Outlook
does not alleviate the problem. After multiple restarts of the PC (sometimes
once, but up to 3 times) all connects and the problem no longer occurs across
the domain. Then...the next morning it starts again...any ideas anyone??
