Outlook Attachment Formatting Changes

I have a user who has NT4 as an OS with Outlook 97. When
she attaches an html type file to an email then opens the
attachment, the formatting changes to a larger font and
none of the attached graphics are included in the
attachments. I have checked the message format and tried
all settings with the same results. We have applied all
updates and patches. Any ideals? Thanks in advanced.

Can she view those same file types outside of email

(graphics specifically), sounds like graphics driver
and/or file types misdefined (folder options), try that.
Otherwise, you really have Outlook problem, Exchange 5.5
(and higher, of course) REQUIRES that you have Outlook 98
at a minimum, plus there are a few updates for it as well.
