I have a couple users who are trying to work with attachments. They create a
report in access and then choose send to recipient as attachment. This opens
a new message with the report attached in the chosen rich text format.
then they want to add this attachment to another email message rather than
using the one it is already on. On one PC users can copy and paste from the
initial message window to the new email window and on another pc the copy
and paste method doesnt work, the attachment gets to the clip board, but wont
paste.
On the machine that works, Office 03 is installed, however it had worked
with XP in the past. And on the other machine, Office XP is installed.
Any ideas?
