Outlook Attachments 1MG and Larger

How come I can never send an attachment that is larger than 750KB? There are
a lot of times I need to send an attachment anywhere from 1 to 5 MG BUT it
won't go. It will sit in my outbox forever? I am using outlook 2002 and
windows xp pro.
PLEASE HELP, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME... thanks any helpers my email is

Ed,

Check with your internet service provider since the email server may be
configured to only allow email messages of a certain size to be sent through
their system.
