outlook attachments

i have a person that wants to know what content is attached to an email
before she opens it. i have seen this before, at the bottom of an email the
file name is in " << >> " and you dont have to open & save it. how can i
find this feature and use it ?

If there's an attachment, Outlook will include a paperclip icon inthe
Attachment column of the Inbox (or whatever folder the message is in).
Right-click and choose Save.

Some mail clients will show you the name of an attachment within the message
body, but that's not controlled by the recipient. The recipient has not
option to turn that on or off in any mail client of which I'm aware,
