Outlook Attachments

How do I get the attachment panel in my create new mail
working. Currently my attachments are attached in the
body of the text and I don't want that.

Watch your message format. In general, Plain Text/HTML w/out Word as the
editor tends to be a panel below the message. Rich Text/Word will inline
the attachment.
