Outlook Attachments

Can anyone tell me where attachments save in Outlook? I
previously used Eudora and all the attachments I recieved
saved in one folder. Does outlook have a folder similar
to this or do I have to individually save every e-mail I
recieve?

Email (including the attachments), tasks, calendar, journal, .etc are stored
in a file with a *.PST extension.

like to know what other file types outlook uses and what they contain.

So there is no folder where the documents and pictures
are stored that I can just go to?

Nope. If you want to save the attachments out, then you would highlight the
message and select file | save attachments.
